Piedmont Community Actions owns and operates three senior housing complexes.
Georgia Manor Apartments is a well established community located at 150 Shennandale Circle in Woodruff, SC. This apartment community is a beautifully landscaped 48 unit 202 HUD Prac subsidized property. It is designed for independent living for seniors 62 and older. All apartment are on one level and approximately 600 square feet. The management office is open from 7AM until 5PM Monday and Tuesday. Applications may be picked up daily. There is no application fee.
Poinsett House Apartments for Seniors is located at 2631 Poinsett Hwy in Greenville, SC near the foothills of the mountains. This community is a beautifully landscaped 45 unit 202 HUD Prac subsidized property designed for seniors 62 and older. All apartment are approximately 600 square feet and on one level. The property management office is open Wednesday and Thursday from 7AM to 5PM. Applications may be picked up daily. There is no application fee.
Pleasant Meadows Apartments is located at 600 Mason Road in Inman, SC. It is a 48 unit 202 HUD Prac subsidized property designed for seniors 62 and older. The office is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am until 5:00pm. Eligibility is based primarily on age (62+) and income. Applications may be picked up at the office during working hours or they can also be mailed.
